The experience overall was good 🙂 The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I’ve always had the eye scan done due to migraines, eye twitching, and floaters. Since they offered it as an optional add-on and I agreed to it, they didn't code it as medically necessary for insurance purposes, even though my insurance normally does cover it when coded appropriately. It wasn’t a huge out-of-pocket cost, but it was more the principle of it. There were no surprises since they did explain beforehand that many insurance plans don’t cover it; however, proper coding definitely helps (which could have been explained). In hindsight, maybe I should have waited until the optometrist specifically recommended it during the exam. That said, the staff were very kind, the office looked great, and they even had a Starbucks coffee machine with hot cocoa and chai available for patients (maybe that’s where the extra money goes 😉).

I always have a good experience and feel like get the best eye care.

Haven’t been to an eye doctor since I was 10 😂 I’m 54 made it smooth and easy , other then close up readers , apparently i have great vision, 👍

Love the staff and doctors. The nurse was awesome and talked in a non awkward way..she didn’t even judge my dirty glasses 😂 felt very comfortable with the staff!
