Very good customer service. Everyone was very professional and helpful. My criticism is that I am not impressed with the new charge in the contact lens department. It’s not Heidi’s fault, so not criticizing her, but I fail to understand why this charge was added. I am led to believe it’s a fitting fee. I have never needed to get fitted after my appointment with the physician or Optometrist.
