Staff is friendly and professional.

What a beautiful environment the staff is amazing friendly and they greet you with a smile the Doctor was kind and answered all my questions. I loved to see how they treat the elderly the amount of patiences.

I liked how I was taken care of for the visit: I had a thorough examination, and didn’t feel rushed. Only caveat is that as a veteran, they should work with the VA better, in regards to picking frames or something because when the paperwork was sent over, there wasn’t an awareness of “hey, there is a veteran visiting. Let’s let them know ahead of time what is going to take place and what they need to know to get the glasses ordered on the same day.” I have to wait until I see my Veteran Service Officer (VSO) to pick the frame, THEN go to the clinic. All this back and forth for frames to pick other than the ugly black regular frame ones that are offered to veterans at the VSO office could save time and gas if this was discussed before the appointment. Thank goodness I get unlimited texts because I received four texts to confirm my appointment: two in the initial reminder and two the day before.

Great caring people from the front desk staff who greet you, to the optometry assistants, to the optometrists themselves! Thorough exams and they take the time to explain what changes have occurred since my last exam.

Staff were friendly, did a great job wanking me through the necessary procedures and gave ample time to answer my questions.
