Optical Sales Associate / Optician – Full Time

Have you ever wanted to work at an energetic place with great people that specializes in customer experience? North Dakota Eye Clinic has a full-time Sales Associate / Optician opening in our optical department!
Fashion, style, or beauty-related experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right, fun-loving, outgoing candidate to become a board-certified optician.
Pay & Benefits:
- $16–$18/hour depending on experience, with commission
- Higher pay for certified opticians
- Excellent earning potential with a great base salary
- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (we close at 3 PM on Fridays)

What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers in selecting eyeglasses, and other optical products to fit their needs
- Provide excellent customer service and product education
- Build and maintain relationships with patients

Job Description:
As a Front Desk / Call Center Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for patients both over the phone and in person. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones in a professional, polite, and friendly manner
- Scheduling patient appointments and managing patient inquiries
- Call triage and providing support for patient needs
- Greeting patients, checking them in, and assisting with any questions or concerns at the front desk
- Performing light clerical work and maintaining accurate patient records
No prior experience is required—we’ll train the right person with the right attitude. If you’re motivated, energetic, and enjoy working with people, we will teach you everything you need to know to succeed in this role!

Work Hours:
- Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Tuesday-Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
