Pretty good experience, overall. My only complaint is that I wasn't told my insurance wouldn't cover both a contact prescription AND a glasses prescription.

Friendly. Professional. Nice facility. Their contacts department is very helpful. When I order contacts they always help me out with a trial pair until my contacts arrive, and have lots of choices on hand for you to try if you need to try switching brands.
