NDEC was a great experience. All of the staff were friendly and engaging, the appointment was quick and effective, and the free coffee was superb.

From the minute I get to the North Dakota Eye Clinic, until I leave, I get great services from the people at the front desk and the technicians doing the pre-checkup ( no matter if they’ve been there for a long time or if they’re new, or in training). I may have to wait a few minutes for Dr. Sczepanski, but it’s well worth the wait! He always does a fantastic job of explaining things to me so that I understand what he’s talking about and he takes the time to answer my questions. I feel comfortable and trust him with my complete eye care. I know that I’m being well taken care of and I don’t have to worry about what’s coming next! Thanks for all you do!!

The Clinic did a OUTSTANDING JOB. I was the last appointment and was not rushed. The OPTICAL CENTER stayed open to be sure I got the glasses I wanted. THANKS TO EVERYONE.
