Great experience. The staff is phenomenal. I will make North Dakota Eye Clinic my permanent eye doctor.

I thought that optometrist was excellent very friendly and explained everything wonderfully, reception was also very helpful and friendly must add that they were very kind to give me a later appointment when I called to tell them I was running late and it wasn't days later just allowed me an extra hour which was perfect 👍 The only complaint I would have to give is to all of the people who were there to help me find and order my frames no one greeted me when I came up to their desks and no one seemef interested at all in helping me in fact the two men were much more interested in their own personal conversation which should have came second to their job and the female who I finally approached and said hi to and told that I needed to order glasses which she absolutely already knew, in fact they were all quite observant when the optometrist was guiding me over to them, she had mo interest in assisting me and went to the back room to find someone else although there were 4 of them already there and I was the only patient needing help so thumbs down to the judgemental staff in that area if people who have medicaid are beneath them and a waste of their time they shouldn't work in a place who accepts our insurance. We are just as important as anyone else who may have a better policy or private insurance coverage i worked very hard for as many years as I was physically able to and raised 3 wonderful intelligent and successful children as a single parent. And I am very happy that I instilled better lessons on life and kindness and compassion in them than the people who turned their noses up at me today.

North Dakota Eye Clinic is a great place. The staff and the eye drs are very friendly.
