My grandson and I both had eye exams with Dr Dunham. Everything was handled professionally. Great results, great experience!

Place is nice and clean, but I get the vibe they just want to get as much money out of their customers as possible. I wanted to get a consultation and schedule eye surgery but hey insisted that I had to do an eye exam out of pocket first. When I got there they make you pay before the exam (which is fine) then they nonchalantly give you an 'upcharge' paper for a retinal scan. I called another place and they scheduled the consultation no charge without the eye exam and when I mentioned about the other place doing it, they made it feel like they charge more for the same service but they were trying to justify why they would be at a higher price. I like the place but not the fact it feels like they are desperate to get there customers money. I would always recommend getting different places of interest before making a decision on any surgery. Nice place, clean but keep your wallet closed.

The receptionist was extremely rude and most definitely impatient I have know idea what I did to her but I hope no one else has to experience her behavior

ND Eye Clinic did a excellent job when I had surgery on both of my eyes for cateracts and to correct my sight. They made me feel welcomed and excited and well informed about the procedures I was going to be having. I would recommend them to anyone.

The customer service was so refreshing. From checking in to checking out employees were so kind and professional. Clinic esthetics were very nice. Not a big coffee drinker but the state of the art coffee bar was impressive. Something that struck me as interesting was the scattered small dining tables. I thought, how nice, you can fill out patient information easily without having to hold everything in your lap. Kudos! Physician was very professional, through. She listened with sincerity, not just servicing with a head nod. Pleasing experience .
