Every step of the process from front desk efficiency to staff knowledge and explanations were done to perfection. This pre-op preparation was a breeze.

Went to the clinic for a scheduled visit with my ophthalmologist, Dr. Schapenski but instead I had to see an optometrist!

They were so helpful with insurance, frames, and lenses. Not forcing me to go over my budget and making sure we tried on all the ones they and I thought looked great on me. Love the ones we chose, love how personable, patient, and resourceful they were! She helped me find a few really great options for me and helped me evaluate each one until I found the best one. No matter how annoying or over the top I was, she was very patient and understanding, hearing all of the critiques about each pair before we found the perfect one. Also had great suggestions and very friendly in general. I’ll be going there from now on!!
