Thank you for your care and kindness with my children Lovey, Faith, and Queen you have done amazing with their eye care over the years. I’m so glad I pick this clinic as our family eye clinic even my Grandson and adult children come for their eye visits there. Today My Daughter Lovey was so excited to pick out her new updated frames for her new lenses that were clear. I never seen a child so happy over clear eye glass lenses and from the 2 people that worked at the front desk to all the eye tech. And people that came into Work there today including to give the eye exams all the doctor/ doctors and the team that showed up and worked with my children today. Thanks for the new prescription also thanks for helping to give options to pick out the frames to all of you that came to work on June 13th 2024 working from 2:30pm until 4:30pm YOU ARE ALL AMAZING AND THANK YOU FOR SHOWING UP TODAY WORKING AS A TEAM AND BEING CARING AND KIND WITH YOUR ACTIONS AND WORDS, ALL OF YOU REALLY ARE AMAZING PEOPLE THANK YOU FOR BEING KIND, NICE, CARING, AND THE STARBUCKS HELPS A LOT… Thank you again for who you are and for all you do bye for now

Nothing short of amazing from the time you step in the door to the time you leave. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, caring and sincere. Great staff, nurses, Dr’s, opticians, technicians. Hands down, THE best optical experience in Grand Forks and the region!

This was my first time going to the North Dakota Eye Clinic. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by both of the front desk people, one of them guided me through the whole process and answering my questions. I was then greeted by a nurse who explained the procedures that I was about to do, even though everything was new to me, she reassured me that I was doing fine. I then was greeted by Dr.Dunham and he help get me updated with my vision issues and showed real concern for a past injury. I made another appointment to see him again and the awesome part is he got me in the next day! ❤️🌹😁
My first appointment with the dr was awesome. But my lenses didnt have the bifocals correct so they had to re order them. Then I decided I wanted to try contacts. So I talked with them on the phone said I wanted the contacts with bifocals in them. So I wait and wait for them to call me and tell me my contacts are in. The second time I called back, to see if they were in yet,they said they werent in but then kept looking and said they were in. I wonder how long they were there and no one called me. Then I get there for this contact training bs. And I put the contacts in and realize they dont have the bifocals in them!!! Heidi the contact lenses person says just get some readers and keep wearing these. I was going to just wear them tell I looked down and realized I cant even see my phone. She told me how expensive the ones I wanted were. And I had already talked about this with whomever I talked with on the phone the first time!! The ones I want are 200 more than the normal ones. Then she asked me if I went to Sturgis this year after looking at my tattoos. She made me feel like she thought I wouldnt be able to afford the more expensive contacts. I did come in in some sweats, it was my day off. She did look at the notes in the computer for my order and she said it said nothing about bifocals. I am extremely upset about not getting what I ordered. Incompetence or lack of communication who knows. But now I have to wait longer. And honestly I almost want to call and say just forget it, after all that. So needless to say I told her im not even going to wear these contacts. She said ok you can just take them out and throw them away. So I did. I wonder how long it will take for them to call me and tell me my correct contacts are in? She even just wanted me to get the bifocal in one eye because those other contacts were so expensive! I could see if it was a huge amount in the difference but it wasnt. Please dont assume I cant afford something, that I can.
