Excellent all staff are nice they treat like home

I recently had LASIK surgery at North Dakota Eye Clinic, and the experience was outstanding! From the initial consultation to the procedure itself, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring. The surgery was quick and painless, and my vision improved almost immediately. Dr. Sczepanski and the team did an excellent job explaining every step, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. The follow-up care has been thorough, and I’m thrilled with the results—I no longer need glasses or contacts! If you’re considering LASIK, I highly recommend North Dakota Eye Clinic. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

North Dakota Eye Clinic is an excellent resource. I’ve had Lasic surgery, and many annual appointments over several years. They have the experience and the technology to ensure our eye sight is healthy.

My experience with the dr side of it was fine. But I was having a hard time finding contacts that were right for me. Every time they game me a new pair, the person that gave me the contacts always said “I will call or text you in a couple weeks and see how your contacts are working for you.” I got at least 3 pair of different contacts, because they weren’t working for me. And every time I had to call and let them know because they never called or texted me to see if they were working for me. Im not sure if this was because I had an altercation with the lady that does the contacts with my first pair. I wrote a google review about her because she was so rude. And after that she called. But literally there was nothing to say after the way she treated me. I will never go back there because of the older dark haired lady that does the contact consultation.
