My insurance was accepted, they got me in fast the tech/assistant and the doctor were wonderful and so were the people at the desk where I checked in and out. Between the paperwork, the exam process as well as checkout I was in and out fairly quick. There was no wait time between the assistant leaving and the doctor entering the room for my exam. We moved here almost 9 months ago and that was one of the best optical experiences I have had in a long time. They will now be our designated optical center. I highly recommend. Cannot wait to go back and pick out glasses.

Efficient, polite and refreshing especially at 800am!

I was informed about any out of pocket expenses I would have to pay, right up front. The tech and the doctor were pleasent and I was taken in right away. The only thing that I was disappointed in was that I had to get my eye prescription print out from the optometry area. I looked around at glasses for awhile, and had no one offer to help. I finally asked one girl if I could get a copy of my prescription. She was very helpful in getting it. I was in a hurry, because I had other commitments.
