Friendliest staff ever!!! Fast and efficient when working with children.

I just received the best customer service. We are new to town and don’t have an eye doctor here yet. My husband’s glasses broke and they went above and beyond to help us out!

Dr Sczepanski is a amazing Doctor, always takes the time to answer your questions. I had lasik from him many years ago and my eyes are perfect.

North Dakota Eye Clinic did amazing with my son. He has had glasses since he was 3 due to muscles crossing his eyes. We tried many different lenses and then the doctor recommended surgery. My son had corrective surgery at age 10 to fix the muscles, and 6 months later he was glasses free!!! Thank you NDEC!!

Dr. S took amazing care of my fiance and has continued to take great care of me! This place is the best and their new location is beautiful!!!

I had lasik 4 years ago! Should have done it sooner! Love it and the experience was great!

Doctor is great. However, worst experience ever dealing with the billing department. Before surgery I had them quote the price including EVERYTHING!! So I signed up for their care card which was also informed would be interest free. I noticed I'm being charged a hefty interest rate which still needs to be dealt with. I keep getting bills first one was $120 which they charged me $60, then $600 which was resubmitted now I owe $142.24. In the end I was lied to prior to surgery and now have to pay more! Very frustrating. Surgery was completed in November. Update 3/22/19. I just received another bill from the surgery center that I owe $718.25. To this day I am still waiting for a phone call from ND Eye Clinic billing. So all in all it looks like my $2500 surgery should have been quoted at $3600! Thank goodness I decided not to do both eyes or it would of been triple my budget!
