I had an appointment at the ND Eye Clinic this afternoon and my experience was stellar from start to finish! The receptionists are welcoming and the smell of fresh coffee on a cool day was inviting. The first technician I had was efficient and knowledgeable and explained each step of the exam thoroughly. Lastly Dr. Schepanski visited me. He is personable and is able to deliver a lot of information in an easy-to-understand presentation. I felt very comfortable during our conversation and left feeling confident in the process to follow. The person who set up my pre op appointment and scheduled my surgery was so friendly and kind - she even ordered me a cup of coffee!

ND Eye Clinìc has been very professional about my care. Everytime I walk in the door I'm greeted with smiling faces and everybody knows my name. I've never been treated so well at any medical center I've been to and I've been to plenty. I wish all of them were as kind and caring as ND Eye Clinic. Jeffrey Guy

Great customer service, thorough check up, good selection of eyewear, was asked several times from Dr Dunham if I have noticed any changes or issues with my vision. The optical eyeglass person was informative and assisted in my choosing the right frame.

The nicest people and love the atmosphere!!! The front desk, doctors, and Seth for helping us with our glasses!!! Everyone is so professional and kind!!
