About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Technician to join our dynamic team of 16 technicians. This key leadership role will guide, support, and mentor our technicians while promoting the clinic’s values of efficiency and exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and mentor the technician team to ensure consistent and high-quality care
  • Collaborate with physicians and management to promote clinic-wide efficiency
  • Train new technicians and support ongoing development of existing team members
  • Foster a positive, patient-first environment that aligns with our clinic’s mission
  • Oversee daily workflows and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure technician coverage and smooth daily operations

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and patient care
  • Experience working in a clinical or eye care setting is preferred
  • Technician experience is a plus, but not required
  • Comfortable working with both patients and clinical staff in a hands-on, fast-paced environment

Front Desk / Call Center Specialist

The North Dakota Eye Clinic, the region’s leading ophthalmology and optometry clinic, is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, and hard-working individual to join our team as a Front Desk / Call Center Specialist. If you’re passionate about providing exceptional patient experiences and looking to work in a positive, team-oriented environment, we’d love to meet you! Whether you’re answering calls or greeting patients in our clinic, you’ll play an essential role in helping our patients receive the best care.

Job Description:
As a Front Desk / Call Center Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for patients both over the phone and in person. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phones in a professional, polite, and friendly manner
  • Scheduling patient appointments and managing patient inquiries
  • Call triage and providing support for patient needs
  • Greeting patients, checking them in, and assisting with any questions or concerns at the front desk
  • Performing light clerical work and maintaining accurate patient records

No prior experience is required—we’ll train the right person with the right attitude. If you’re motivated, energetic, and enjoy working with people, we will teach you everything you need to know to succeed in this role!

Work Hours:

  • Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Tuesday-Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
