It sometimes seems that the world has given up on customer service. At North Dakota Eye Clinic, we want you to know that we haven’t, nor will we ever. While we use the phrase, “Patient Experience”, it still means the same thing. We want every aspect of your Patient Experience to be positive. From the moment you first reach out to us to schedule an appointment. Whether it be a phone call to one of our Patient Advocates in our Call Center, or an email using our “Contact Us” form on this website. Or simply walking in our front door and being enthusiastically greeted by a Patient Advocate at our front desk, we want you to have the experience you deserve.
